Community Nursing Support
At Bluebells Care, we provide Community Nursing Support services in Australia. Under this category, our team performs services such as post-hospital support, administering medications, providing complex critical care, and tracheostomy care. However, NDIS does not provide funding for hospital-in-the-home services for managing medical conditions that are not related to the person’s disability. On the other hand, certain conditions like dysphagia support, wound and pressure care, and bowel care can be funded by NDIS to provide necessary support. The Bluebells Care professionals are well-trained to handle people with disabilities.


Our Community Nursing Support Service
- Supportive nursing care and respite after hospital discharge.
